The Walt Disney Company's federal credit union, Partners, needed a redesign of a Welcome email campaign for new Disney employees and a redesign to their auto loan user journey. I collaborated with both marketing and design teams to build out email campaigns. Email projects included animated gifs that balanced both the Partners FCU brand and Disney brand. As part of the auto loan user journey, I designed a WordPress microsite theme that integrates both a love of racing and a beach-side lifestyle in order to appeal to Disney employees in both California and Florida.
The microsite balances a sense of magic and excitement for a brand with a history devoted to inspiring a global audience. Users are led from emails to the site which provides answers to common questions regarding employees’ auto loans and what possible paths they can take next. I integrated and designed drop down/accordion style elements in order to present a guide that addresses questions and answers during the final stages of an employee's auto loan.
