The Sacramento Naturopathic Medical Center wanted to transition their shop from brick and mortar to online to better serve their current patients while growing patient numbers locally and nationwide. I oversaw rebranding, collaborated within a cross-functional team to establish strategic goals for increasing sales, and developed a search engine optimized WordPress Woocommerce website featuring over 600 health products. In addition, I designed monthly email campaigns to increase traffic to the shop and in-office marketing materials to provide to in-person patients and customers.

One of the final pieces of their marketing puzzle involved reviewing and redesigning their email newsletters to become a strategic tool connected with driving traffic and growing their online presence. After thorough research and collaboration, I designed and implemented a custom marketing strategy that was cohesive, and most importantly, effective. Before working with me, Sacramento Naturopathic was receiving about a thousand users per month to their site. After 6 months, they saw an increase in over 10,000 targeted users per month on their website. This growth in users increased their new patient numbers and supplement sales, allowed them to increase their staff, and, ultimately, increase their bottom line.
