The Coldwell Banker brand is the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise system in North America. It is recognized for its innovation and leadership across 3,000 offices in 49 countries and territories.
At San Diego’s largest, top-producing real estate offices I created and implemented the consistent design of direct mail, print & online ad campaigns, signage, web graphics, flyers, pitch decks, brochures, promotional items, stationery, PR campaigns, and internal templates while abiding by corporate branding standards.
I supported agents in the design and execution of local e-mail marketing campaigns, which resulted in an increase in brand visibility and doubled monthly lead numbers. Through these email campaigns we were able to average an 11.8% higher open rate than industry average.
In order to help strengthen each realtor’s online presence, I led individual agent rebrands, developed social media strategies involving Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube and helped in managing social media platforms.
